Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Helreno platform, including all features, content, quizzes, and services available at calorie-tracker.us. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

If you submit any content to the platform - such as feedback, comments, or quiz responses - you grant Helreno a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for platform improvement and operational purposes.

6. Quiz and Assessment Integrity

Helreno relies on honest participation to deliver meaningful results and learning outcomes. You agree not to share quiz answers, exploit scoring systems, or engage in any behavior that undermines the integrity of assessments. Violations may result in account suspension and score invalidation.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Paid Features

Certain features or content may require payment. All fees are displayed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the stated amount and authorize the corresponding charge.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at info@calorie-tracker.us within 14 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
